TKC Misc 1

This video and the next one show a fairly typical training session at the TKC. People come in and do their thing and we help them out where we can.

This is the tail end of a 10 minute snatch set where I tried going about 20 reps per minute, switching on the minute to prepare for the December Challenge. This was faster than the normal 18rpm I do and I felt it.
